Senior Ecologist

The company work on a wide variety of interesting projects, with a strong focus on the Renewables and Power sector. With a growing portfolio of clients, they are seeking an outstanding individual to service their requirements and assist in the growth of the Ecology team.

The person specification for this role is demanding – they are seeking an outstanding individual, who possesses the following skills and experience:

• A minimum of 5 years post-graduate consultancy experience
• A technically superb specicalist Ecologist with a subject specialism (ie. Bats, Vegetation, Freshwater, Marine)
• Excellent report writing skills, writing clear and concise Ecological chapters
• A solid understanding and experience of the EIA process
• Ability to undertake rigourous technical review of reports written by others
• Sound client liaison skills
• Due dilligence for Ecological works
