This Company has enjoyed tremendous growth in recent years and, with a portfolio of conventional and unconventional assets, has a substantial presence in the most prolific oil & gas producing regions in the UK.
Current levels of production, coupled with the huge potential of the unconventional assets, means that the Company is well set for further significant expansion and, to ensure that they can achieve their ambitious plans, they now wish to recruit an experienced engineer to help take the business forward.
Working closely with the Technical Manager, the Subsurface Manager will enjoy a varied, influential role with, in summary, responsibility for ensuring the reservoir engineering input to Field Development Planning, delivering and reporting the company's reserve estimates and for acting as lead petroleum engineer on key mature oil and gas fields.
More specifically, you will:
We are interested to hear from senior level reservoir engineers who, preferably, have gained experience working for an operating oil & gas company, are used to working in multi-disciplinary environments and have a demonstrable ability to lead concurrent projects successfully to completion. In terms of particular skills and knowledge: we are looking for strong reservoir simulation modelling, decline curve analysis and well test evaluation expertise, complemented by proficiency in the use and application of Prosper, MBAL, GAP, Eclipse, Saphir/Pan, OFM or equivalents.
