Job Location:  The Gulf States

Due to expansion in E&P activities, along with recent acquisitions, an International Energy Company is seeking to resource experienced Lead Geologists who will be based in the Gulf States on long term residential contract.

Summary of Role

The appointees will be assigned to an International Project Team and will also be required to undertake occasional overseas business trips to asset locations.

• Provides expertise on the exploration, evaluation, development and exploitation of Company's assets.
• Conducts geological evaluation of farm-in opportunities as well as operated and non-operated ventures.
• Represent Company at Governmental and Partner Meetings.
• Training (mentoring of National staff)

Qualifications/Experience

• BSc degree in Geology or Geoscience subject.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in international petroleum exploration and development.
• Familiar with using geological, geophysical, petrophysical and engineering data.
• Fully conversant with Geoscience Proprietary software.
• Conversant with exploration and development geology
