The Petroleum Services Group at Deloitte provides information, analysis and consulting to 175 of the largest oil and gas companies, oil service companies, utilities and investment banks world-wide.

We are seeking to recruit a motivated oil and gas analyst to support our Europe Team, based in our London office.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

• Oil and gas sector specific research and data analysis e.g. tracking drilling activity, field developments and economics, licensing and deal activity
• Regular report writing to support existing and new products
• Assist with advisory projects focused on upstream industry
• Support client meetings, marketing initiatives and product development

Qualifications and requirements include the following:

• Bachelors or Masters level qualifications
• Relevant oil and gas industry experience and/or knowledge of GIS (ESRI and MapInfo) and database software
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and client facing skills
• Attention to detail and familiar with work/time planning
