ERCL is a specialized International Upstream Oil and Gas Consultancy which provides a wide range of geo-technical services (also including complementary strategic and advisory services) whilst making full use of modern technology and work practices.

To meet the demands for our services, ERCL is seeking to recruit a highly motivated geoscience graduate (or recent graduate), who has further attained a relevant MSc or PhD, who would now like to work in the upstream oil and gas industry. We are looking for someone to work on a UK based but China focused project that could involve periods of China travel. Expect to work in a challenging environment that demands full commitment to our client and the project they provide.

You will be working from day one in a small team on an integrated exploration and development project. The work will provide exposure to a broad range of geology and geophysics disciplines, including seismic interpretation of both 3D and 2D seismic data. The position is based in our Henley-on-Thames office where the majority of our technical work is carried out, but there will be requirements to spend time in client offices in London and China.
