For a World Bank funded project in Kabul for establishing a Mine and Hydrocarbon Inspectorate, we are Senior Hydrocarbon Expert (m/f)to conduct training, capacity building on the inspection of hydrocarbon operations and counsel on the establishment of the inspectorate. Preferable Requirements: Ideally, the person should have a suitable graduate qualification in a hydrocarbons field and, preferably, have practical hands-on experience in the operation of a hydrocarbon installation. An advantage will be experience in training especially in this field and an added advantage will be experience in Health and Safety training. The Project is scheduled to start Q4 2012 and will have a duration of 4 years. Assignments will be short term 2-3 missions per year and long term with regular on/off cycles.
