We are looking to recruit a tenacious and self motivated person to join our Field Research team. This role requires somebody who has knowledge of the North West Europe Region and the oil and gas industry as well as having a keen eye for detail.

• Maintain the IRIS21 field database
• Complete basin and data driven projects in conjunction with the Data Group
• Maintain and update annual production data and to source monthly production data.
• To co-ordinate the update of reserves data.
• Advise Regional Managers to our data needs for each country
• To generate new and updated field images for attachment into the IRIS21 database
• Ensure consistency of current activity data.
• Demonstrate IHS knowledge and expertise in the region

Requirements

• Confident communication skills, both with other team members as well as our external clients.
• MSc/BSc in Earth Science or a related discipline
• Professionalism and confidence to present.
• Ability to gather large volumes of data
• Experience of exploration activity and processes
• Petroleum geoscience knowledge in region is an advantage
