Immediate opportunity for an individual with a proven strong commercial, technical and motivational track record to lead and drive the strategic direction of the Ikon Science EAME operations.

Vice President EAME

Manage the day to day activities and long term growth of the Ikon Science EAME operations, establishing the company’s regional market presence & leadership.

You will be based at the corporate office in SW London, and will need to liaise closely with Ikon GeoPressure in Durham and our joint venture in Russia. You will be required to continue building Ikon’s strong sales, support and geoscience technical team, and will be responsible for meeting set budgets and P&L of all EAME operations.

As Ikon EAME continues to expand, the ability to develop a positive growth culture & encourage staff retention is key. This will involve providing direction and mentoring to all Ikon EAME staff and implementing successful staff recruitment initiatives.

This role will position on Ikon’s Senior Management Team and provide opportunities to shape the future business. The successful applicant will be well rewarded as Ikon’s global expansion continues.

Other attributes required:

• Earth Science degree, preferably in Geology or Geophysics
• Business qualifications (MBA) are beneficial
• Significant & relevant industry experience
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Extensive commercial solutions & negotiating skills
• Strong leader & proven team player
• Knowledge of team development techniques & processes
• Relevant understanding of UK & International HR & Labour laws
• Willingness to travel
