Software Testing Coordinator, Automated Testing Engineer

Midland Valley provides structural geology software and consulting services to the upstream oil, gas and mineral industries worldwide. We are actively expanding the company and are looking for a Software Testing Engineer to help develop QA and automated testing procedures for our next generation Move product.

This is an exciting opportunity for a multi-disciplined individual to join our dynamic team. You will undertake a product QA and testing engineering role, and play a key part in the development, testing, and deployment process. You will develop, enforce and maintain automated testing and deployment management processes. You will also be expected to interact closely with software and geology specialists in our company as you help to develop this important role.

You should have at least 2-3 years' experience in software testing related activities to be considered for this role. The applicant must possess a minimum of a good first degree in a technical or scientific field.

Experience in devising and developing automated test procedures for a GUI application would be very advantageous, but is not essential. We are looking for creative people who want to lead and innovate and share in our success;
