Company Man for Land Rigs


Qualification & Skills:

  • Post high School 3 year diploma.
  • Valid IWCF certification in BOP and Well Control (Supervisor level).
  • Expertise in oil and gas drilling including deviated & horizontal drilling. Minimum 15 years in the industry and at least 5 year experience as company man /drilling supervisor with known E & P company/companies.
  • Proficient in computers skills, particularly MS Word & Excel.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Preferably with working experience in Pakistan or Middle East.

Job Description:

  • Serves as the primary liaison between NHEPL and Contractors and will provide supervision of all operations performed on NHEPL Wells.
  • Overall in charge of well site, implement drilling & workover program in a cost effective and safe manner.
  • Ensure that all applicable HSE rules and regulations are followed.
  • Anticipate, evaluate and trouble shoot abnormal and/or unusual operating conditions.
  • Ensures that Blowout Prevention Standards are met in all respects including equipment configuration, testing, certification and crew response.
  • To prepare daily drilling, weekly and end well reports.
  • Establish close coordination with rig & service companies.

Location:

  • At well sites in in South East Corner of Pakistan in a SECURE AREA.
  • This is a Rota based position.
