 Exploration Geophysicist - ScotlandOur Client aims to consistently add new reserves via the drill bit, and via acquisitions. The UK Exploration Team is based in Aberdeen, and is working to continuously execute aggressive exploration programmes. The primary function of the role is to deliver new value-adding prospects to the portfolio, so that the high rate of commercial success continues. You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team on a variety of projects. Depending upon requirements, you may be needed to work in the New Ventures Team, whose mandate is to add new high quality acreage, or in the Licence Team where prospects are evaluated, ranked and selected for drilling. Such a senior role requires sound technical and business acumen, and you will be expected to contribute to business decisions.
