 Superintendent Area Production - North Dakota, USASuperintendent, Area Production( Job Number: 00298) Description SUMMARY: Supervise day-to-day base production activities in North Dakota. The scope includes 21 producing fields and production operations throughout the region. These activities include maintenance, production operations, and pulling unit work. This role also leads and provides direction to four area/functional Superintendents who are responsible for ~100 operations employees. This position is based in North Dakota, USA, but required to travel as necessary to the various operations field offices in Western North Dakota. Base production target for the operation is 25K BOEPD. RESPONSIBILITIES: •Achieve safety goals through active support of EHS initiatives •Continuously reduce deferred production •Maximize base production by optimizing rig and maintenance schedules •Build organizational capability in the North Dakota Operations, Maintenance, and Workover Rig groups •Monitor and recommend changes to organizational structure as needed •Manage controllable first spend through AFE and cost estimate processes •Work with land contractor to ensure drilling, well, and facility locations and pipeline right-of-ways are managed effectively, and that landowner concerns are addressed Skills/Competencies: •Strong EHS skills and attitude •Team oriented •Proven leadership skills •Well developed organizational skills •Diverse people skills •Ability to adapt to constantly changing/growing responsibilities Qualifications EXPERIENCE: •Minimum of ten years oil and gas industry experience •Leadership in safety •Experience in land-based production operations •Experience with artificial lift, workover operations, production facility, and pipeline installation operations EDUCATION: Engineering degree Comp 190-220K Base30% Target BonusThe role is located in, North Dakota.
