The Position These positions are the main day-to-day coordination point for onshore support for a specific offshore facility. Key responsibilities involve channelling and prioritising works requests from the installations and liaising with the technical groups to ensure adequate service and that commitments are met. Awareness of all activities, events and KPI's for the specific installation and drive actions that improve the facility performance are critical attributes of the position. The job holder will represent the Operations Manager on issues associated with the specific installation. The Person Extensive knowledge of offshore installations and their technical and safety support requirements Experience of planning, organising, coordinating and control/monitoring work across a range of disciplines. Good written and verbal communication skills - can write clear reports and is articulate in dealings with others. Strong problem solving skills and results orientation Ability to persuade, influence and build effective relationships across the organisation.
