There is a challenging opportunity for a Geophysical Specialist within PGS'EAME region. We are seeking an industry professional, with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in the West Africa region.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Maintain good relationships with oil companies and Government departments.
• Identify and secure business opportunities in Africa (contract and multi-client).
• Provide input to business development strategy.
• Representing business unit at pre-survey meetings, mobilization meetings and on vessels.
• Technical input on design of MC3D projects.

Qualifications and skills required:

• The right candidate will have proven experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience working with national oil companies and government entities, is a pre-requisite.
• BSc in Geoscience or related subject. MSc in similar preferable.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English essential. Spanish would be an advantage.
• Highly motivated and experienced at handling geophysical data.
• Strong teamwork skills, coupled with the confidence to work unsupervised at times
