The Rig Supervisor is in overall charge of the drilling, completion and work-over operations offshore and will be reporting to the onshore Drilling Superintendent and Rig team.

The work will include

• Governing of my clients interests and property
• Planning and supervision of drilling and completion operations
• Arranging logistics
• Support safety initiatives
• Training of Well Site Engineers and Rig Supervisor trainees

You will take part in and lead the execution of some very challenging wells in the Danish North Sea Area, mainly horizontal chalk development wells.

The offshore work rotation is in principle a two weeks on with three weeks off schedule.

The person

The candidate preferably has an engineering degree or other technical educational background. Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in the industry is considered a must! Part of this must be in a capacity as Drilling Supervisor.

Personal skills include ability to interact with others, motivate people, decision maker as well as team player and good communication skills (primarily in English).

The position is available on both staff and temporary contract.
