Leading independent operator with €12 billion of assets under management and an additional $15 billion earmarked for growth seeks to appoint a highly experienced subsurface manager to direct a team of talented engineers in a key business unit. The role will focus exploration and development of the companies' activities in mainland Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for the functional and technical management of the sub-surface group (reservoir engineers, geologists, geophysicists, and petrophysicists. These projects are complex by nature and will require professionals with experience of both new and mature assets.

The ideal candidate will come from a Reservoir Engineering background and already be managing an integrated team of subsurface professionals. You will have extensive experience across all the disciplines, exposure to well/production operations and experience in generating and managing budgets.
