Exploration Assets Manager London Based
Our client is a publicly quoted and dynamic oil company. They are currently looking to develop and expand their central and East African portfolio which includes a number of PSAs both on and off-shore.
We now seek a London based Asset manager to further develop licensing opportunities in the region, and to oversees existing exploration commitments and partner agreements.
This is a senior role based in London with frequent travel. Candidates will have in excess of 15 years international experience in managing technical teams and liaising with partners and Governments to the most senior level.
We seek a commercially aware and technically competent Geosciences manager with a New ventures type background, able to manage complex projects to tight deadlines. You will ideally have worked abroad, be an experienced negotiator and have some awareness of the social, political and business issues of working in African countries.
