Business Manager - London Integrated E&P Software

Our client is part of a large multi-national integrated services company offering a range of services to the oil industry which includes E&P software solutions and consulting. We are now seeking a senior individual to manage growth of the group with responsibility for the sales and marketing of a new release of software products, covering clients within the Europe Africa region. The company has significant global awareness and branding with a strong and growing client base. The revenue upside potential of this office is substantial and in this respect we seek an experienced customer facing manager to exploit this opportunity and to stream-line the sales and marketing strategy. With significant revenue responsibility you will also be involved in staff recruitment, succession planning, day to day operational issues and financial reporting. We seek a pragmatic, confident and articulate communicator, able to work with clients at all levels. Supported by a technical team, you will have the listening skills and vision to recognize and propose solutions to meet client's needs. Our client seeks a minimum of 10 years experience gained within the Geoscience services and software sector, which must include 4 years in a sales role. A willingness to travel is essential whilst experience in the EAME territories would be highly desirable.
