A key player in the global energy market, our client is a dynamic growing business with operations in more than 25 countries over five continents. The company is one of the most significant exploration and production businesses in the North Sea with an exciting international portfolio and is recognised as a key innovator and influencer in the industry.
We are keen to recruit talented, experienced Reservoir Engineers to join a Head Office based Asset Support Team (AST). Tasked with undertaking field studies, this group proactively delivers ideas and recommendations to the assets around the world, on projects ranging from a single well to multi-field development studies.
Suitable candidates will already be mid-career professionals with a breadth of skills across both oil and gas assets; both conventional and unconventional. We are especially keen to hear from people who want to maintain a hands-on role and who have already proved their ability to provide consulting skills and services.
To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate expertise in a variety of fluid types, ideally in both clastic and carbonate reservoirs and gained from a range of geographic environments. Robust and in-depth reservoir simulation expertise and reservoir study experience is essential along with an expert knowledge of Reservoir Engineering software - Petrel/RMS, Eclipse, PVTi, Saphir, IPM. Ideally, you will have experience of performing evaluations for M&A activity from data rooms and of taking forward interpretation concepts into field deployment.
These are permanent staff positions requiring well developed skills in marketing/consulting, presentation and communication. The ability to influence at the highest levels is also vitally important.

Location: South East England. Some travel will be required, for example quarterly data room visits.
