Seismic Processing Geophysical Technical Lead

Staff Position, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia



Scout's client is a leading Anglo-American Exploration and Production service company, with impressive computational capabilities, whom we are helping find a experienced Seismic Processing Technical Lead for their satellite processing centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

To be successful in this role, you will be required to have strong hands-on processing experience, and strong communication skills to mentor a multinational team of up-and-coming geophysicists.

As Seismic Processing Technical Lead you will also be required to have:

  • Extensive pre-stack time migration marine processing expertise
  • Mentoring/technical supervision experience
  • Experience managing data processing teams
  • Expertise in marine, land and reservoir services
