Job requirements and qualifications: Strong educational qualifications (probably degree qualified) from technical fields such as mathematics, physics, chemistry etc. Analogous prior experience in the upstream oil and gas industry will be helpful but not required. Advancement beyond the initial role is definitely possible for highly motivated and talented individuals. Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel, are required.
