![]() Asset Manager (Facilities Engineering) - LondonStatoilHydro has an opportunity for an Asset Manager to manage the Group's Development & Production assets in Western Europe. Representing StatoilHydro in partner-operated Joint Venture licences, Asset Managers are responsible for StatoilHydro's legal obligations within the terms of the Joint Operating Agreements. Asset Managers ensure that all commercial, technical and managerial decisions are fully compliant with good business practice, with particular emphasis on HSE matters and UK regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include providing input to strategy development, business planning and external reporting. The current vacancy is for early phase projects requiring collaboration with International Exploration and other departments. A sound understanding of joint-venture and project management, together with a strong background in subsea/topside facilities engineering and construction, are essential for this role. Successful candidates will be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to influence, negotiate and challenge, where appropriate, while maintaining constructive relationships with the Operator and other JV Partners.
