If you're an experienced Well Services Supervisor, you could help Shell to meet the world's rising demand for energy. Advanced technologies are helping us to successfully unlock new energy resources and efficiently develop existing oil and gas fields. Your challenge will be to manage multi-disciplinary Well Completion or Intervention teams working on-site. You'll see that all activities are carried on time and within budget, while upholding the highest Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) standards. It's a key role where you'll also work with the Asset Teams to develop suitable well intervention proposals. You'll plan completion, stimulation, pumping and wireline activities, taking into account input from other departments and contractors. Cost planning will be crucial to your success. Day-to-day, you'll be co-ordinating service contractors; organising inspections in preparation for campaigns; monitoring the progress of field work; and driving the implementation of Deliver-the-Limit (DtL) processes.

An experienced Completions & Interventions Supervisor, you'll have sound knowledge of well control techniques, work-over and sand control operations. Your expertise will be based on the minimum of a diploma or preferably a degree (or equivalent) in a technical or engineering subject, plus strong analytical skills. It's also important that you're also fluent in English and a clear communicator. Your team (who may come from diverse cultures and backgrounds) will look to you for guidance, so you must be able to lead with authority and inspire others. IT-literate and familiar with well engineering software, you'll champion HSE and possess a valid IWCF certificate.
