Senior Geophysicist (Aberdeen)

This is your chance to be responsible for providing geophysical expertise to Venture's Asset teams, including seismic interpretation and mapping of producing fields and exploration prospects. Drawing on your experience you will also formulate and execute agreed technical programmes for each asset and develop well proposals, communicating and selling ideas to management and partners. You will be a strong team player, independent thinker and ideally qualified to MSc standard in Petroleum Geology/Geosciences or related discipline.

Senior Geologists (Aberdeen & Hoofddorp, Netherlands)

An ideal role for a senior level geologist who wants a more challenging and diverse position and to make a significant contribution to multi-disciplinary Asset teams. The key objective for this role is the provision of geological expertise, ranging from reservoir characterisation of producing fields to defining exploration prospects. It will also include the evaluation of new business opportunities. You will ideally be qualified to MSc standard in Petroleum Geology/Geosciences or related discipline. Previous North Sea experience would be preferred for this role and applicants should be confident in working on technically rigorous evaluations.
