Location: Surrey, UK Job Status: Permanent Interview Date: ASAP Start Date: ASAP Open To: EU Nationals or UK Work Permit Holders Job Overview: A leading International Seismic Service Company in the upstream oil and gas industry seeks a Junior Depth Imaging Specialist to support their depth imaging services and offer technical advice to clients. Applicants are invited with at least 2 years oil and gas industry experience and some level of depth imaging expertise and exposure to a variety of seismic data and techniques. The Company is committed to providing training and support as required. The Company has grown dramatically in recent years through acquisition, increased investment, a strong executive management team and effective sales strategies. The Company has a strong reputation as a key leader in integrated seismic services. They provide innovative services ranging from Multi-Client to Seismic Imaging services from offices in four continents. The Company has provided 3D and 2D pre-stack depth migration services globally for over a decade. In recent years, they have invested heavily in depth imaging capabilities and have amassed global expertise of different data sets and depth imaging techniques. Their experienced depth imaging teams use leading industry Pre-Stack Depth Migration and grid tomography software for processing and leading industry velocity modelling software for efficient and coherent 3D velocity modelling of both 3D and 2D Surveys. The demand for their services is increasing and hence the need for further expansion. Working alongside a team of multi-disciplined geoscientists, you will be nurtured and supported in your role.
