Location: The Netherlands - The Hague Job Status: Permanent Interview Date: ASAP Start Date: ASAP Open To: All Nationalities Job Overview: A leading supplier of Geological Services to the global petroleum industry seeks a Senior Geoscientist with a strong background in Seismic Interpretation to work in their Exploration and Appraisal Team, providing technical interpretation and geological expertise. Applicants are invited with 8+ years' industry experience, strong seismic interpretation experience and the ability to undertake geoscience projects, relating to farm-ins and farm-outs, divestments and investments, unitization proposals and/or valuations of assets. The Company established in the late 1980's, provide a range of services including rock and fluid laboratory analysis, reservoir geology, petrophysics, geophysics, static/dynamic modelling, and reservoir engineering. They have a proven track record of quality, reliability and client focus and have secured long term relationships with international majors to small independents. They undertake standalone to fully integrated projects. Their subsurface evaluation team, comprises seasoned professionals to recent graduates and undertake projects covering the full hydrocarbon resource life-cycle from exploration to development. They provide their global client base with technical analysis and reporting so they can make sound business decisions concerning farm-ins and farm-outs, divestments and investments, unitization proposals and valuations of assets. They undertake global projects with a key focus on Nigeria, North West Europe and the Middle East. Due to an increase in service demand, the Company seeks a Seismic Interpreter to complement a team of Geoscientists (seismic interpreters, reservoir geologists, petrophysicists and reservoir engineers) that provides acreage evaluations, field development plans and reservoir modelling studies. Besides providing technical interpretation and geological expertise, the successful candidate will be actively involved in all aspects of project management, staff coaching and client communication.
