Job Overview: 2013 continues to be a buoyant year for Working Smart (Specialist Upstream Oil and Gas Recruitment). We are experiencing a continued demand from our major oil clients to service company clients for the supply of both permanent and contract staff globally. As such, we are seeking a number of Oil and Gas Recruiters at all levels to support this highly dynamic and buoyant market place.

We are keen to talk to graduates with an earth science or engineering related degree AND/OR experienced oil and gas recruiters.

You will be trained, supported and given a great deal of autonomy and scope to succeed. You will be responsible for managing your client relationships, your job assignments, and you will gain exposure to all disciplines across the exploration and production value chain. We have invested heavily in customised technologies that deliver a streamlined and efficient recruitment process, so the task of sourcing candidates is not onerous.

Preferences: The successful candidate will have:

• Become competent in the Company's work flows and practices. Full training provided.
• A Graduate with an Earth science or Engineering related degree AND/OR experience in oil and gas recruitment.
• Keen desire to pursue a long-term career in recruitment for the oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge of, or some experience working in the oil and gas industry highly advantageous but not essential.
• A dynamic, ambitious individual who is looking to make an impact, successful work job assignment and reap the commission benefits.
• Good project management skills - must be able to manage multiple job assignments simultaneously in a professional manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills - with the ability to develop good working relationships with clients.
• Good networking skills.
• Fluent English essential.
• Confident telephone manner essential.
• Team player - proven ability to work with all levels within a company to accomplish goals and to support growth plans.
• Enthusiasm and drive to keep abreast of new trends and technologies in your relevant sector.
• High computer literacy essential.

Package: A highly competitive Base salary and Commission plan.
