  • Ensure that the insights and learning's into new business opportunities gained from the technical analyses, modelling and demonstrations are widely communicated across the Company's Group.
  • Track trends in BEMS and identifying 'hot topics'.
  • Identify, scope and manage BEMS development projects.

With a strong background in building management, this is an exciting time to join one of Europe's largest energy distributors, who are on the threshold of becoming a major player in distributed energy solutions. Working in a dynamic and friendly environment where top performance is valued and rewarded.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have:

  • University graduate with an engineering, technology or science degree.

  • Experience of working with a diverse range of commercial building owners / landlords (eg multi-site retailers or public municipalities) to deliver technical solutions.
  • Skills in conducting energy audits of commercial building portfolios and developing investment grade proposals for energy efficiency measures.
  • Detailed knowledge of building services (including Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Lighting, Security, Fire) and the ability to integrate solutions with legacy systems.
  • The ability to identify technology and system integration partners, including the development of contractual arrangements.
  • Able to travel frequently within Europe and on occasional business trips outside Europe.
  • Fluent in the English language.
  • German or another second European language an advantage.
