 Drilling Manager - Onshore North American Shale - Houston, TexasI'm working closely with a growing operating company in Houston who are looking to find a talented Drilling Manager to build their onshore North American business unit around. The company have two leading shale projects and they are keen to continue their success of the last 5-10 years. With a strong senior management team in place and a great training programme for younger engineers, the company are now focusing on finding Drilling professionals with 10-15 years experience who can grow within their organization and take their teams forward. The role will be based in Houston and exists as a sta ff position. Due to the critical need of the position, the company are willing to pay a market leading financial package to get the right person on board.
