As a suitable professional you will be responsible for all exploration activity planning and execution on the license, from QA/QC of all technical work to resource planning and delivery. You will also be the company's representative to all stakeholders includin g other discipline Heads. the authorities and JV partners. Due to the seniority of the role, you must be comfortable in leveraging your experience to build relationships and influence others. There is a strong emphasis on mentoring and training local staff, and as such cultural awareness is essential. You will therefore need to have worked in a large variety of international locations, and previous MENA experience is required.
