The role requires a Strong understanding of technical aspects of Exploration & Production. You'll have experience in building, maintaining and using complex PEEP, Excel and CASH and PLAN models and software. Experience of the Reserve Reporting process, Strong familiarity appraisal techniques and approvals process. Experience of UK or other upstream fiscal / tax regimes. Comfortable with more risky and complex decisions. Good understanding of financial reporting, tax and project financing. Strong analytic and diagnostic skills. Understanding of which real life business decisions are likely to create or destroy value. Good understanding of economics, risk and forecasting.
