 Night Drilling Supervisor - Land Operation - GabonWe are working with one of the worlds largest operators to secure the contract services of a highly experienced Night Drilling Supervisor for a Land Drilling Unit in Gabon. The successful applicant will work on a 28/28 rotation and have full responsibility for the night shift Drilling Operation in a challenging and remote location Responsibilities: •Day to day managing of well operations •Planning and scheduling •Cost control •Reporting of well site activity •Ensure full compliance with HSE standards As well as these day to day tasks, you will be res ponsible for delivering high quality, cost effective and approved wells. This will need an understanding of well programming from a technical standpoint. You will be expected to optimise the process an advise when necessary. Most importantly, you will need to lead and manage a team in difficult conditions and be comfortable as the final point of contact for operations, able to take responsibility for decisions.
