 Senior Drilling Engineer - UAE - United Arab EmiratesWe are working with a global Operator in order to recruit a Senior Drilling Engineer for their United Arab Emirates offices, working on their existing and new ventures drilling program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 6 Engineers through a onshore brownfield development program before joining an exploration team for the operator's shallow water drilling program. Responsibilities: •Develop well engineering solutions •Asses and manage risk involved with projects from a technical and commercial standpoint •Lead HSE standards for all well operati ons •Oversee and manage the planning, designing and execution of well operations •Review and advise on future developments using lessons learned •Support in delivering project on time and in budget •Motivate, mentor and encourage you team to optimum efficiency You will also be involved in areas to progress your responsibility and develop your career, liaising with stakeholders, government bodies to meet commercial objectives Requirements: •Must be degree educated with a relevant engineering degree •Have experience working in multi-discipline team environments •Extensive experience in Well Engineering: oDetailed knowledge of well design theory and application oSignificant field experience managing crews on the rig oProven track record delivering projects safely, on time and within budget To be apart of this opportunity please contact me for more details.
