My Client is a globally successful multidisciplinary Consultancy who provides environmental engineering solutions to various Clients both within the Public and Private sectors. Due to securing some long term commissions they are now looking to expand their Acoustic team in the West Midlands and are seeking a Senior Environmental Noise Consultant to manage a range of noise assessment projects primarily for the transport sector.

Qualification- Acoustics/ Noise Related Degree

Location- West Midlands

Experience- Proven Track record in UK Consultancy

Salary- £Very Competitive, Plus Fantastic Bonuses!!

Duties

• Management of Acoustic Assessment Projects

• Supervising and Coordinating Junior Staff

• Noise Monitoring/ Modeling using Cadna-A and other proprietary software

• Contributing findings into EIAs Statements

• Completing Project objectives on time and budget

• Writing accurate reports and Proposals

• Developing Business options and potential Client Database

• Communication with Local Authorities/ Contactors

Typical Projects

Leading a team of Consultants you will be coordinating noise and vibration surveys and assessments primarily on large transportation projects within the West Midlands. Managing junior consultants you will aim to provide technical calculations and input into EIA statements in order to determine the best acoustic solutions.
