A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a successful specialist Acoustic Consultancy based in the North East. This established Client provides a range of Acoustic services within Building and Environmental noise and primarily works on projects for the health, leisure, retail and education sectors. They currently require a Senior Noise Consultant to assist in the management of both environmental and building acoustic projects and are ideally looking for candidates with a strong background in a UK Consultancy.

Qualification- Acoustics/ Sound Technology/ Noise Monitoring/ Related Degree/ Membership of IOA desirable

Location- North East

Experience- Proven Track Record in Acoustic Consultancy

Salary- £27,000-£35,000

Duties

• Undertaking and managing Acoustic Surveys/ Assessments

• Implementation of UK/ EU Regulations/ Standards

• Liaison with architects/ contractors

• Development of business and prospective new clients

• Noise Monitoring and Modelling

• Providing technical advice and proposals to Clients

• Utilizing relevant technical software Cadna-A/ CATT and Bastian

• Preparation of Reports and Proposals

• Meeting project tasks on time and budget

Typical Projects

Joining a friendly team of Consultants you will be focused on the undertaking and management of various building/ environmental acoustic projects in and around the North East. Traveling to Hospital and School sites you will be liaising with Clients and providing key technical advice and services.
