This is an exciting opportunity to develop professionally and join a very successful multi-disciplinary consultancy based in the South West of England. My client provides environmental assessment, energy, risk assessment and environmental design services to a variety of public and private sector clients all over the UK. Due to the success of recent commissions they are now looking to take on a Senior Acoustic Consultant to support assessment projects and develop business further.

Qualification- BSC/ MSc in Applied Acoustics or a related subject/ Membership of IOA is beneficial

Location- South West

Experience- Proven Track record in UK Consultancy/

Salary- £Excellent! And Flexible on level of expertise

Duties

• Management of Environmental Acoustic Assessment Projects

• Submitting reports and proposals to clients

• Coordinating Noise and Vibration surveys

• Providing Technical Support and advice

• Management and Training of Staff

• Noise Monitoring/ Modeling using Cadna-A and other proprietary software

• Contributing findings into EIAs

• Preparation of tenders/ budgets/ fees

• Business development in terms of new ventures and building existing relationships
