Salary : £40-45K+

Our client is an established civil engineering contractor based in the Channel Islands. They cover a range of civil engineering works including site investigations, drainage, harbours works, piling and much more. There is currently a requirement for a civil engineer with circa 3-5 years post graduate experience to join their team in Jersey .The successful candidate shall be a motivated, hardworking with proven experience of working on site for a civil engineering contractor, with strong IT skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your engineering career within beautiful settings of Jersey!

Qualifications: BSc, BEng or HNC in Civil Engineering and a full driving license. You should have upwards of three years civil engineering experience and an understanding of NEC and ICE contract forms.

Salary: £40,000-45,000 plus a strong benefits package including company car and relocation allowance

Duties include:

• Responsible for day-to-day running of sites

• Preparing method statements

• Managing sub contractors

• Reporting to the Project Manager

• Liaising with clients

• Quality Assurance

• Coordinating engineering activities

• Allocating resources
