Qualification - MSc in a related discipline

Salary - £30,000 plus

Duties Include:

• Field surveying

Typical Projects

As a senior ecologist you will join this expanding ecology team in Manchester and cover projects across the North West of England. You will be expected to manage projects and complete ecological projects for clients. You will collaborate with other professionals on multidisciplinary projects and also prepare ecological chapters for EIAs. You will undertake various field surveys including phase 1, protected species, baselines surveys, EIAs, and provide specialist ornithology advice and knowledge in the field of ornithology. Liaising with clients you will prepare bids and ensure the success of projects, and you will also develop the business stream in your area.
