Qualification- Suitable candidates for this role will hold an appropriate academic background with a BSc/ MSc in an appropriate Environmental / Engineering discipline, Membership of appropriate professional bodies and one or more BREEAM qualifications (BREEAM Educational and CfSH advantageous).

Location- London

Experience- Candidates are anticipated to have had experience of working on various sustainability projects within a consultancy environment, Demonstrable strong skills in BREEAM and CfSh assessments are a requirement of the role. Experience of leading a sustainability team and projects are extremely advantageous.

Salary- £30,000 plus

Duties Include:

• BREEAM assessments

• CfSH assessments

• Report writing

• Marketing of products and services

• Business development for sustainability issues

• Energy assessment and efficiency advice

• Renewable energy services

Typical Projects

Working on a variety of projects for development and refurbishments you will work with clients in both the public and private sectors. You will be involved mainly in sustainable design projects – undertaking BREEAM assessments and providing expert advice, other projects include carbon management and renewable energy feasibility studies.
