Qualification- BREEAM Educational and CfSH assessors anticipated, relevant engineering / environmental degree/ MSc, membership of an appropriate professional body.

Location- London

Experience- Candidates are anticipated to hold considerable experience in the sustainability consultancy field – with skills in undertaking BREEAM and CfSH assessments, producing sustainability reports and providing advice on renewable/ low carbon technologies. Candidates with a proven track record in managing and delivering large scale projects and managing a team of staff will be at an advantage.

Salary- £30,000 plus

Company- Multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy

Duties Include:

• Providing a variety of sustainability services to clients across the UK

• Undertaking sustainability assessments

• BREEAM and CfSH assessments

• Project management

• Staff management

• Business development

Typical Projects

This exciting role will involve working on a variety of sustainability projects for clients in the private and public sector. You will work on Masterplans, Urban regeneration, sustainability appraisals and carbon foot printing projects, among others. BREEAM and CfSH will form a large part of the role and the successful candidate will be anticipated to take a lead on these projects, and developing new business streams in this area.
