An experienced consultant with strong skills in strategic carbon management and energy efficiency / low carbon energy project delivery is sought to join this leading international consultancy based in London.

Qualification- Candidates for this role are anticipated to hold an engineering background, with a BEng/ MEng in Mechanical / electrical / building services engineering/ similar. Professional membership and accreditations are desirable – CIBSE/ Carbon trust accredited.

Experience- Candidates for this role will demonstrate considerable previous consultancy experience working on a variety of large scale carbon and energy related projects. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a broad knowledge of the energy field, and have particular expertise in strategic carbon management.

Salary- Negotiable on skills and experience - £40-50,000

Duties Include:

• Producing climate / carbon related strategy plans and documents

• Liaising and working with high profile, blue chip companies

• Working on Carbon Trust projects

• Providing expert sustainability and energy advice

• Low carbon design advice

• Renewable and Low carbon energy projects

• Extended Carbon surveys

• Strategy and policy advice

• Staff management and mentoring

• Project management

• Business development
