Sustainability BREEAM Consultant

Sheffield, UK

Salary : £27K

This multidisciplinary consultancy are currently seeking to expand its sustainability and energy team with a sustainability consultant, to undertake sustainable design and construction projects and further develop their own knowledge in the sustainability field.

Qualification- Candidates for this role are anticipated to hold a degree in a relevant discipline, BREEAM qualifications (Education advantageous), full clean driving licence, own transport will be beneficial.

Location- Sheffield

Experience- Candidates for this role are anticipated to hold some previous experience in the BREEAM and CfSH sectors, experience of undertaking energy audits will be advantageous. It is anticipated that candidates be familiar with using iSBEM, running Part L Building reg checks and be able to undertake energy audits.

Salary- up to £27,000

Duties Include:

  • Under taking a variety of project work in the sustainability field

  • Undertaking BREEAM and CfSh assessments, design advice

  • Energy surveys and audits

  • Developing your skills and experience in the Sustainability field

  • Liaising with clients

  • Sustainability report writing

Typical Projects

In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to work within the established sustainability and energy team, undertaking a variety of assessments and sustainability projects from BREEAM and CfSH assessments and design advice through to Sustainability Statements and Energy audits.
