This expanding consultancy currently have an urgent requirement for a sustainability consultant with experience in BREEAM to join their team in Kent. In this role you will have the opportunity to join a leading sustainability team and work on a variety of high profile projects across the South East of the UK.

Qualification- The successful candidate for this role will hold at least one BREEAM accreditation (Education advantageous), CfSH Accreditation, a relevant academic background (BSc / MSc in Building services discipline) and a full clean driving licence/

Location- Kent

Experience- Candidates for this role are anticipated to hold previous experience of managing BREEAM and CfSH projects, demonstrable knowledge of using iSBEM, SAP, running part L building checks and advising clients on wider sustainability issues.

Salary- £25,000 – 35,000 plus benefits

Duties Include:

• Assisting the Senior team in further developing the Sustainability discipline

• Undertaking and managing BREEAM projects

• Advising on a range of sustainability issues

• Report writing

• Energy surveys and audits

• Renewable energy feasibility studies

• Planning advice

• SAP and iSBEM assessments / calculations

• CfSH advice and assessments

Typical Projects

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects with public and private sector clients. Currently the team are undertaking a number of projects in the educational, offices and residential areas.
