An experienced sustainability consultant (BREEAM, SAP, iSBEM) is sought to join this expanding sustainability team based in the South East to work on a variety of sustainable construction / building design and environmental sustainability projects. The successful candidate will hold a BREEAM accreditations and be experienced in using relevant software.

Qualification- BSc, MSc in Sustainability / Energy or similar, membership of a relevant professional body, BREEAM Accreditation (s). Full clean driving licence (Essential due to travel involved in the role).

Experience- Previous consultancy experience in the sustainable design field. Demonstrable experiencing running BREEAM projects, providing specialist sustainable design advice and using specialist software such as IES/ SAP, working on renewable energy feasibility studies, energy statements and CfSH projects.

Salary- £25,000 – 35,000 plus benefits

Duties Include:

• Undertaking BREEAM Assessments

• Providing specialist sustainable design advice

• Support for planning applications; Energy statements, sustainability statements and renewable energy feasibility studies.

• Report writing, presentations to clients

• Liaising with internal multidisciplinary technical teams
