This expanding consultancy are currently seeking a high calibre environmental consultant with specific experience of Habitat Regulations Assessments to join their London office.

Qualification- Candidates for this role are anticipated to hold a relevant environmental (ecology/ environmental management) based degree and MSc (advantageous), full member shop of a relevant professional body (IEEM/ IEMA) and a full clean driving licence.

Location- London (other locations (South West) may be considered)

Experience- The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in Environmental and Impact Assessment and will have experience in SEA and Sustainability Appraisal. They will also be currently / recently have been working on Habitat Regulation Assessment projects for strategic planning documents.

Salary- £25-33,000 plus (negotiable on skills and experience)

Company- Multidisciplinary environmental consultancy

Duties Include:

• Habitat regulations Assessments for strategic planning documents

• HRA screening exercises

• Preparing and analysing GIS maps

• Sustainability Appraisal and Strategic Environmental Assessment project work

• Liaising with public and private sector clients
