This expanding multidisciplinary consultancy currently have an excellent opportunity for a BREEAM assessor / sustainability consultant to join their award winning sustainability team based in Blackburn.

Qualification- Candidates for this role are anticipated to hold a relevant academic background with an environmental / sustainability related degree/ MSc, supported by BREEAM accreditations.

Location- North West

Experience- Ideal candidates for this role will hold some previous sustainability consultancy experience with skills in undertaking BREEAM assessments and supporting sustainability and planning statements. Additional experience in Code for Sustainable Homes and EPC projects is desirable.

Salary- £25-30,000 plus benefits and career progression

Company- Multidisciplinary consultancy

Duties Include:

• Sustainability and Energy Statements

• BREEAM and CfSH planning and design advice

• Undertaking BREEAM, CfSH and SAP assessments

• Report writing

• Liaising with clients and stakeholders, coordinating design teams as required

Typical Projects

Working on a variety of large scale, high profile projects across the North West, you will be involved at all levels including project design and planning trough to undertaking assessments and writing sustainability statements.

Current projects include large scale residential developments and healthcare developers.
