An excellent opportunity has arisen within this specialist sustainability consultancy based in Essex for an experienced sustainability / energy consultant to join their expanding team. Applications are sought from candidates with experience of SAP/ SBEM and BREEAM assessments.

Qualification- Accredited SAP/ SBEM/ BREEAM assessor, relevant academic background- BSc/ MSc in an environmental discipline, membership of a relevant professional body – IEMA/ EI. Full clean driving license.

Experience- Previous sustainability / energy consultancy experience. Candidates are anticipated to hold a demonstrable strength in SAP/ SBEM or BREEAM.

Salary- in the region of £25-29,000

• BREEAM Assessments

• Thermal / energy modeling of buildings

• Planning and design advice

Working on variety of sustainable design and building projects including schools, healthcare facilities and residential. Clients include an extensive list of private sector clients and public sector bodies.
