An excellent opportunity has arisen within this expanding multidisciplinary consultancy for a senior Sustainability consultant to join their busy South East team, to work on projects involving energy and sustainability assessments, thermal and environmental modeling, renewable assessments and design. You will also provide sustainable construction advice and guidance, completing BREEAM and CfSH assessments as required.

Qualification- Candidates are anticipated to hold some of the following qualifications; BREEAM, LEED, EPCS/ DECs, CIBSE LCC, supported by a relevant degree/ MEng and full membership of a professional body- CIBSE/ IEMA. Due to travel involved in the role candidates are anticipated to hold a full clean driving license.

Location- Basildon, Commuteable from Southend on Sea, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Tilbury, Dagenham, Dartford

Experience- Candidates are anticipated to hold previous experience in a similar energy / sustainability consultant role, with skills in design , assessment and planning advice for a variety of projects. Expertise in the following is anticipated; BREEAM, renewable energy systems, part L Compliance, energy and sustainability statements, thermal modeling.

Salary- up to £30,000 plus benefits – negotiable on skills and experience

• Project management

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects in the sustainability and engineering field, including new build and refrub projects in the commercial, healthcare and residential sectors.
