Terrestrial Ecologist Edinburgh Ref: CMP4430Salary : £25-30K+An experienced terrestrial ecologist is urgently required to join this expanding ecology and EIA team based in Edinburgh. Working on a variety of development led projects in the Power, Renewables, Highways and Infrastructure sectors you will have the opportunity to be involved at all levels of project work from field surveying through to project management and report writing. Qualification- Candidates for this role are anticipated to hold, or have previously held protected species licenses, Bats and GCN are of particular interest. You will also hold a relevant (natural sciences related) degree/ MSc and have a full clean driving license. Membership of IEEM is advantageous. Location- Edinburgh Experience- Previous ecology consultancy experience is anticipated, with skills in protected species surveying, habitat and botanical surveying, report writing (ideally for EIA) and project management.
