An
excellent opportunity has arisen with this specialist sustainability consultancy
based in Redditch for a sustainability assessor to join the growing team and
work on projects involving BREEAM, CfSH and EPC assessments and design advice.

Qualification- Applications are
sought from candidate with a relevant degree/ MSC in Sustainable construction
/ Environmental related discipline, and ideal candidate will hold one or more
BREEAM/ CfSH / EPC accreditations. A full clean driving license is a
requirement of the role due to the travel involved.

Location- Redditch commutable
from Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Worcester, Kidderminster, Stratford upon Avon

Experience- Applicants are
expected to hold some previous experience in the sustainable design and
construction arena, with experience of working on BREEAM, CfSH or energy
assessments.

Salary- £18-22,000 plus
